Crumb coatings cater for a range of styles
Five new crumb coatings that cater for different styles of cooking have been introduced by Crisp Sensation.
The range, which adds to the Original crumb coating, includes a Wholegrain crumb for enhanced nutritional value, and Home Style – a mix of different crumb sizes to give food a homemade feel.
Asian-style cuisine
Tempura has a thin and light coating for Asian-style cuisine, while the Southern Fried coating replicates the US style.
The Cornflakes coating, aimed at those who favour bigger and flatter crumbs, completes the range.
Crisp Sensation said its patented technology guarantees a juicy core and an outer coating that retains its crunch for up to three hours in regular holding units.
