A range of seasonings has been boosted with new sausages and stuffing flavours.

The six additions to the Butchers Pride sausages range include two flavours that garnered particular interest in taste tests – pork & toffee apple and pork curry with mango chutney – according to maker Unbar Rothon.

Four stuffing seasonings have been added to the range – orange & cranberry, leek & black pepper, red pepper & shallot, and sage & onion.

“These flavours are designed to enable caterers to widen their choice of products available beyond our classic flavours,”​ said Unbar Rothon director Richard Rothon.
