Dairy launches 100% natural yogurts
Northumberland-based Doddington Dairy unveiled a new line of 100% natural yogurts available to delis and food shops, restaurants, hotels and accommodation providers.
The line includes a raspberry fruity bottom product made with milk exclusively from the Doddington herd and fresh raspberry puree.
Jackie Maxwell, director at Doddington Dairy, said: “As there is such a growth in demand for local produce and there is no other dairy farm the north east producing yogurt from their own milk we felt that this was a natural extension and evolution of the business.”
